Easy on the Eyes

Do you need that liquid eyeliner? That eyeliner pencil? That gel stick? No. All you need is a cheap dark eyeshadow of your choice and a one time purchased eye liner brush. Lightly dampen the brush, dab it into the powder and you've got a great lightweight liner. It doesn't cake, stays on in the heat, and doesn't make you feel like you've just chopped ten onions.
