Perfect for Easter!

I made THIS Avocado Egg Salad last night for dinner. Holy moly! It is out of this world! I used white vinegar instead of red wine. Please make this for your Easter gathering! It will not disappoint, as The Pioneer Woman never does!! Check out her cookbook and Food Network show. She is great!
